Shipping Protection
Our shipping protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged packages under the following conditions. Please review the coverage policies below:

Lost Packages
- U.S. domestic: 7 days after the last tracking update
- International: 20 days after the last tracking update
- Tracking status is “undelivered” or shows an “Alert”

Partially Delivered Orders
- Only part of the items arrived in a single-package order
- One or more packages are missing in a multi-package shipment

Delivered but Missing
- Marked as “Delivered” but not received
- Must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp

Wrong Delivery Address
- If the correct address was provided at checkout but the item was delivered elsewhere

Damaged Items Upon Arrival
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Damage includes broken, shattered, crushed, or severely bent items that cannot be used
Delivery Method
We provide multiple shipping options and will automatically suggest the best method for you at checkout. Available carriers include Registered Express, DHL, and UPS.
